A name rooted in remembrance. A practice built for what comes next.
Thu-Huong is more than the name of this advisory practice. It is part of my own story.
I was born as my family fled Vietnam as refugees. My parents named me Jacqueline after Jacqueline Kennedy, reflecting their hopes for the life and leadership they imagined for me. They gave me the middle name Thu-Huong as an expression of remembrance—a connection to the country, people, and history they were leaving behind.
That idea of remembering where we come from while building what comes next has shaped how I understand leadership.
Thu-Huong Advisory was founded on that principle: leadership is something we hold in trust across generations.
